Yoga Barre Fusion Pop-Up

We’ll combine the best of both barre and yoga classes. Begin with some breath work and gentle stretching.  Flow through some sun salutations and standing poses with light hand weights.  Work your lower body at the barre and come to the mat for some core work.  Class will end with a nice relaxing cool down and a well-earned savasnana.
